The above rates include:

  • rental
  • bed, bathroom and kitchen linens
  • weekly linen and towel change
  • weekly housekeeping
  • duties and VTA

Rates are exclusive of:

  • Energy, water and heating costs
  • Garage: € 150 per month
  • “Comfort” service: daily housekeeping (kitchen excluded) and linen change.
    Prices per week: € 90 (2 rooms) or €150 (4 rooms)

Pets are not allowed by reason of hygiene and tranquillity
